A poor village is being taken over by land mafia. They are openly butchering people. After they burn the church and kill Emma's husband along with all the young men present in the gathering there, she goes to look for help.

She finds a bounty hunter Chrisolm (Denzel Washington) who gathers seven other gun men to form a gang of seven to defend the village. Will 'The Magnificent 7'  succeed against an army of hundreds?

Rating: The movie is a remake of The Seven Samurai(1954). A tad too long, it drags in some places. Apart from that it is a good movie with great actors - gets a Yellow.
