Brett McBain is an Irish settler in the 19th century western US. He and his entire family is killed under suspicious circumstances. They are killed on the day when his new wife was to arrive. And so she does, the attractive Jill McBain (CC). Cheyenne (JR), a local bandit, is charged with the crime. The situation is even more complicated by the arrival of the mysterious Harmonica (CB) whom no one knows anything about.

As it turns out McBain was actually sitting on a real estate property which was as good as a gold  mine. So Frank (HF), a professional killer, is hired to kill him by the railroad gang.

Will Jill be able to avenge the deaths?
