Adonis Johnson (Michael B. Jordan), the son of famous boxing champion Apollo Creed, who died in the boxing ring in Rocky IV. He quits his job, to follow his heart - into boxing. But he needs a mentor - and his only hope is his father's greatest rival - Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone).
