Carl's living a boring urban life which has a fixed schedule - things are not moving for him. That's when one of his friends pulls him into an event by Terrence - who challenges him to say Yes to everything for a year.

As he begins the challenge, his life begins to change - for good in the beginning, but then things get complicated.
