For the fourth year in a row, Phil is in a small town in Pennsylvania for Groundhog Day - the day when the groundhog comes out and predicts whether the winter will continue. He detests the situation and wants to get out of the town immediately after, but gets stuck due to a blizzard.

Things take an interesting turn when he wakes up next morning to find that the same day has started again. And, it happens again and again and again.

Will he be smart enough to use the never ending Groundhog Day for living a lifetime in a day?
