The Mauritanian: Can innocence guarantee freedom?
Barbarians at the Gate >> Review and Trailer
Based on the book with the same name, which in turn was based on a real life incident - the hostile takeover of RJR Nabisco, a US tobacco major by KKR.
The movie shows the incidents which led to the occurrence. The failure of the under R&D smokeless cigarettes, the reducing share prices in-spite of all efforts being put by the firm, the extravagant lifestyle of the top management and many such issues.
Rating: Yellow - the movie captures this historical event in a very entertaining manner. There's not a single moment when you feel you are getting bored.
