Dave Buznik (AS) is the secretary in a fashion design firm. He is working really hard but not getting promotion. He is a self-conscious person. One day in the flight an incident occurs, because of which he is wrongly forced to go through an Anger Management program. The program is run by Dr. Buddy Rydell (JN), who has his own crazy ways.

Dave has been unable to propose to Linda (MT). He is procrastinating it using the pending promotion as an excuse that he is giving to himself. Everything goes crazy when Dave is asked by Buddy to go for a 'Trial Separation' with Linda, and he later finds out Buddy is dating her.

Will he manage to get her back?
