The Mauritanian: Can innocence guarantee freedom?
To Kill a Mockingbird >> Review and Trailer
The film is set in 1930s. Atticus Finch (GP) is a righteous lawyer. He is defending a black man - Tom Robinson, who has been falsely accused of a rape. Scout (MB) and Jem (PA) are his kids. The film progresses as they make friends with a boy from the neighborhood, and with him they have adventures around the place. Exploring the notorious mad man's house, going to the court where Finch works and stuff.
Towards the end things get serious as the whites decide to attack and kill Tom. Finch is sitting outside to protect him. Then they lose the case as the jury refuses to support an innocent black man. The man tries to run and is killed. Then Ewel attacks Jem and Scout.
Rating: Yellow - There isn't much of anything in the movie to hold your attention. Just a nice and simple well-told tale.
