Firaaq >> Review and Trailer

Sameer Shaikh and his Hindu wife decide to relocate to Delhi. During the 2002 riots in Gujarat their shop was looted. While, they're on it - their are others - Muneera whose house has been burnt, Mohsin - who is looking for his missing father, Jahangir Khan - the music maestro who is facing isolation and countless others. The police continues to be biased - they continue to oppress Muslims.

Five Muslim men find a gun somewhere, and they seek vengeance. Will they succeed?

Rating: Green - as expected, this is a tragedy about the unfortunate situation. There's not much melodrama - just a very simple depiction of how the lives of several innocent people are torn apart by the acts of politicians and religious leaders. Watch it and absorb it - that's all I have to say!
