The Tender Trio rule the City of God. But things go bad for them when they take Li'l Dice with them - he kills the hostages, causing a man-hunt for The Trio. Their story ends.

Moving forward, Li'l Dice becomes Li'l Ze, who has eliminated all other gangs except Carrot, who happens to be a friend of his best friend Benny. Rocket meanwhile comes to know that Li'l Dice killed his brother, Goose, who was one of The Trio.

Will he be able to avenge his brother's death?
