John is a broken retired man. He has been so since his grand-daughter Angela, living under his guardianship, was kidnapped and killed. Martin who was the police officer trying to solve the case, is also broken as a person - he has given up on life and become a priest - he believes he has found peace in religion. The police has also stopped working on the case. But John is not willing to give up, he wants to get justice for Angela.
