The Mauritanian: Can innocence guarantee freedom?
The Black Prince: Two Kingdoms Collide
A young Duleep Singh, the son of the legendary emperor Maharaja Ranjit Singh, was taken away from his mother by the British after they conquered Punjab. His appearance made Queen Victoria his fan who adopted him.
However, as he grew up his longing for his mother, and desire to return to his kingdom, meet his mother, and take back what was rightfully his, increased.
Will he succeed?

Rating: Yellow - a decent attempt at recreating the story of Maharaja Duleep Singh. However, at the end of the movie we're left with the feeling that he was a complete loser who couldn't get things right.
Also, questionable is the lead actor's accent - it is difficult to fathom that Duleep would've had a Punjabi English accent after spending almost his entire life in England.
PS: As is usual with real-life based movies, specially period movies, this movie may also have errors in places, some unintentional, and some intentional as the makers might have taken creative freedom.
