William Thacker (HG) owns a small travel-book store in Notting Hill. His life changes when one day Anna Scott (JR), the most famous celebrity of the world, enters his book store.

A small incident brings them close. And the most famous celebrity in the world falls in love with an ordinary guy. But as with all fantasy-like stories things go wrong. Is the love strong enough to bring them back together?
