The Mauritanian: Can innocence guarantee freedom?
Namastey London >> Review and Trailer
Jass is the daughter of first generation Indian immigrants Manmohan and Bebo Malhotra. Due to her anglicized schooling and life she's lost touch with her cultural roots. Under pressure from her parents she agrees to marry a careless, flamboyant Punjabi boy Arjun, but plans to divorce him soon.
However, on one side her English lover seems to be cheating on him, and on the other side Arjun shows love and respect.
How will this confusion end?

Rating: Yellow - a decent time pass, playing on the nationalistic emotions of NRIs, and the done and dusted fun and sincere Punjabi stereotype.
