While normal people dream of owning palaces and planes, Christopher McCandless dreamed of giving up everything that connected him with society and living alone in the wilderness of Alaska.

He sets out on an adventurous journey across the country, hitchhiking, breaking rules, doing odd jobs and plenty of crazy shit.

In the end he somehow manages to reach his destination. But, will he survive?

Rating: Yellow - an amazing real life story. But the movie gets boring and stupid in a lot of places, and pulls emotional strings to stay afloat. This is the story of a child with serious parenting issues, who does not want to live a normal life - not a great adventurer's story.
