Letty has been brutally killed. Dom is back to avenge her death. Brian, now with FBI, is also looking for her killers.

All the leads they are getting lead to Braga, the mysterious drug lord whose identity is a secret. Brian, undercover once again, makes his way into the gang, so does Dom. Both are competing with each other to get to the killer first.

But they soon realize they will have to join hands to pull this off. Will they find out who killed Letty? Will they be able to avenge her death?
